Coach & Leader

Her strong commitment to diversity, tailored solutions, and her extensive experience as a senior leader are helping provide insight for corporate and government leaders serving in similar roles.

Her senior executive experience in banking regulatory agencies (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Fannie Mae, and the Federal Reserve Board) during times of crisis – including 9/11, the Great Recession, and the COVID-19 pandemic – has given Anna direct expertise in navigating ambiguity, complexity, and volatility as a creative problem solver.

Anna is an advisor for leadership development programs across government, corporate, and non-profit sectors. Anna co-founded the national non-profit FairWays to Leadership®, a transformative leadership development program offered through golf that serves emerging leaders at multiple universities. She recently published FairWays to Leadership®: Building Your Business Network One Round of Golf at a Time.

Anna is affiliated with Accendo Leadership Advisory Group, CI International, Darden University School of Continuing Education, Ford School of Public Policy - University of Michigan, NeighborWorks America, and Optify Coaching. Additional clients include Raza Development Fund, Hogar Hispano LLC, and individual senior leaders with Federal Financial Regulatory agencies. Anna also serves on national coaching benches supporting the career development of aspirational leaders.

Fairways to Leadership

With 30 years of executive leadership experience, Anna has expanded her impact and her commitment to the next generation of leaders through her nonprofit, FairWays to Leadership.

In June 2020, Anna co-founded FairWays to Leadership with her husband, a nonprofit organization serving college students from diverse communities. The unique program uses the golf course as the classroom for teaching leadership skills that can advance early career wins. Her co-authored book, FairWays to Leadership, Building Your Business Network One Round, highlights how integrity, curiosity, adaptability, mindfulness, empowerment, and strategy enhance success on the golf course and in the workplace.

Anna’s expertise in community and economic development has bolstered the efforts to bring an immersive leadership program to even more campuses across the United States. Every semester, we graduate more students as the program continues to grow.
